These easements do not contain any public utilities and are not needed. Therefore, we would like to have these public utility easements vacated. In addition, south of Coppercloud Way, there are seven City of Meridian easements for sewer and water mains that also need to be abandoned. The facilities inside these easements are to be removed. The appropriate letters of relinquishment are attached to this application for your files.
