Per a conversation with the applicant, Staff is requesting the Council continue the public
hearing for the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 17 final plat application (FP-10-
003) to the May 25, 2010 regularly scheduled meeting. A final plat modification
application is required to remove the three lots from a previously approved final plat
(Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 14) before action can be taken on the
aforementioned final plat application.
