Narrative:
The application before the Planning Department in regards to the above-
captioned community concerns fencing.
Currently, on the subject property, at the boundaries of two common area lots
(Lot 14, Block 11 and Lot 18, Block 10), 4' vinyl fencing has been installed. This
fencing would meet code requirements, but was not installed according to the
approved plans for the neighborhood.
However, vinyl fencing is allowed by the City of Meridian and meets City code
requirements for common area boundary fencing.
Therefore, Applicant is respectfully requesting that the City accept the currently-
installed 4' vinyl fencing along the boundaries of Lot 14, Block 11 and Lot 18,
Block 10, common areas, in Phase 3 of Crossfield Subdivision. Approval of this
request will meet code requirements and satisfy the intent that 4' fencing be used
on any fencing adjacent to common area lots.
