Dear Mr. Parsons:
Included with this letter is the Final Plat application for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No.
17. This subdivision consists of three residential lots that surround the east side of a cul-de-sac
on West Teano Drive.
All landscaping, street, and utility improvements have been completed for these three lots, and
no additional improvements are proposed as part of this subdivision. These lots were included
with the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 14 preliminary plat. The street elevation is a
minimum of three feet above thelughest established groundwater elevation. -This plat is in
conformance with the requirements and conditions of the Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No.
14 preliminary plat.
