The plans indicate that all municipal storm water will be retained on site. This will be acceptable and will meet Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's requirements. The plans show that the subdivision will have a pressurized irrigation system although there is not enough information provided for Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District to do a complete review. If the District is to operate and maintain the system, we will need a complete set of drawings which show the proposed pump site, pump station, service lines, and we will need a contract. To obtain the contract, please contact Patricia Cooper at Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District at 343-1884. The plans do not indicate any crossing or encroachment within the District's facilities; therefore, we have no further comment regarding this project.
