The described parcel is approximately 4 acres located in an LO Zone and is the current location of the City of Meridian Water Department. An 80 foot steel antenna tower is proposed to be constructed on the site. Antennas will be mounted to the top of the tower which will receive and transmit communication signals to the water department from multiple wells and pressure reducing valves throughout the City. This communication to the water department allows the water operators to monitor facilities, receive alarm of emergencies and make adjustments as needed. The tower will also allow for the installation of a repeater for the Waste Water Treatment Plant and lift station radios. The tower will be approximately 80 feet in height and located on the north side of the water department office building and will replace the existing 40' tower. The tower is self standing and will be mounted to a 10 foot by 10 foot concrete footing. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Clint S. Worthington, P.E.
