PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF MERIDIAN SEEKS PUBLIC COMMENT ON
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AN AUTOMATIC COLLECTION SYSTEM
The City of Meridian is considering the Solid Waste Advisory Committee recommendations for
an Automatic Collection system for residential trash.
As part of the City's effort to involve the public in the process, the City Council will be hearing
public comment at the City Council meeting held at 7:00 pm. on March 23, 2010, in the City
Council Chambers, Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642. This
will allow the public to comment on the City's consideration of changes to the solid waste
collection system. Written comments may be submitted by mail to the Meridian City Clerks
Office, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642 up to the hearing date or you may e-
mail your comments to clerk@meridiancity.org. Your e-mailed comments must have your name
and a contact phone number included in the a-mail in order for your comments to be included in
the public record. You may also appear at the March 23, 2010 City Council Meeting to submit
your comments in person.
