Broadway Letter of intent Meridian P&Z 10-28-08 33 E Broadway Dear Bill Parsons: My intent on 130 Broadway is to clean up this 1;440 sf existing building, repair the ceiling, paint the fagade, replace the door glass, grade the back portion of the lot, spread some gravel down temporarily and lease out the west half of the building as soon as possible, then the east half soon after. This project is not a change of use, we are not expanding the use. Trash will be handled by a couple of cans off the alley for now, with plans to use the future enclosure designed in the 132 plans. I wish to keep the appeal active for the proposed 4 -story building I proposed. That would be a future project. Sincerely: Ward Schwider r LandAmerica Transnation May 27, 2008 Ward B.
