Parking: NA (no new parking is proposed or required)
Curbing: Per UDC 11-313-5I, all landscape areas adjacent to driveways, parking lots, or other vehicle use
areas, must be protected by curbing, wheel stops, or other approved protective devices. Curbing may be cut to
allow for storm water runoff.
Sidewalks: All sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with 11-3A-17. Sidewalks shall be constructed
prior to occupancy.
Drainage: Storm water drainage swalesshall not have a slope steeper than 3:1, shall be fully vegetated, and
shall be designed in compliance with UDC 11-313-11 and UDC 11-3A-18.

Tenant Improvement - Pie Hole at 726 N. Main Street
Dear Planning Staff,
Platform is pleased to submit the above referenced project to the City of Meridian for Certificate of Zoning
Compliance (CZC) Approval for a change in use.
The proposed project is located at 726 N. Main Street in downtown Meridian. The existing 1,412 sf first floor
tenant space has previously been used for general commercial purposes. Pie Hole, a small pizzeria with two
locations in Boise, is looking to expand into Meridian at the 726 N. Main Street space.
Pie Hole sells pizza by -the -slice as well as pizzas to order. The slices and pies are available for take out as well
as for eating within the establishment.
As part of the tenant improvement new kitchen equipment will be installed, a new exhaust hood (with venting into
the alley), ADA upgrades to the existing toilet room and new paint finishes throughout. No exterior alterations are
proposed with the exception of new signage. (We are in the process of completing a Sign Permit application).
Per Meridian City code, (3) parking stalls are required based on the square footage. Based on the existing
location in downtown Meridian, proximity and availability to street parking, access to after business hour parking
we are not proposing any new parking for the tenant improvement.
