We are submitting preliminary plans for acommercial/four-plex complex at the southeast corner
area of Locust Grove and Fairview Ave. The north portion of this project will be a commercial
piece, south of this will 21 four-plex units with garages, covered parking and open parking at
the perimeter of the site. An open space area will be included at the south portion of the
property.
Access to the property will be off Wilson Lane and Fairview--all streets will be private.
On behalf of Suncrest Development, we request that this design concept be put on the December
20, 1994 Council agenda for review.
