Dear Mayor Kingsford:

This is to revise the letter of August 24, 1994 regarding ACHD's
requirements of the Intermountain Arms building project. The
letter should read:
1. Dedicate four additional feet (4-feet) of right-of-way on
Fairview Avenue abutting the parcel.
2. Two driveways are approved on Fairview Avenue. These should
be a minimum of 30-feet in width and a maximum of 40-feet in
width and should be the curb return (with 15-foot minimum
radii) type rather than curb cuts.
3. Construction of a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on Fairview
Avenue abutting the parcel or deposit $5100 to the Public
Rights-of-Way Trust Fund.
4. Meridian Fire Department is requiring an access point from
Stonehenge. This access shall be a curb-return approach, 30-
feet in width, with 15-foot minimum radii and shall be located
totally within 165-feet of the south property line.
