NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City
of Meridian, and the laws of the State of Idaho, that a hearing
will be held before the City Council of the City of Meridian, at
the City Hall, 728 Meridian Road, Nieridian, Idaho, at 7:30 o'clock
p.m., on the 24th day of September, 1984, at a special meeting --
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applica-
tions of High Country of Idaho, Inc., and which applications _
pertain to the real property generally located and described as a
portion of the t1 1/2 NE lf4 SE 1/4 and a portion of the SE 1/4
NE 1/4 of Section 13, T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., (a more particular
description of which is on file and available at the City Clerk's
Office at the above address). The applications are as follows:
1. For approval of a planned commercial development under
a Conditional Use Permit in a General Retail and Service Commercial
(C-G) zone with the following uses:
a . P2otel
b. Restaurant
c. Lounge, bar or alcoholic establishment
d. Livestock facility for care of livestock overnight. _
2. For approval of the preliminary and final plat of High
Country Subdivision, a Planned Commercial Development under the
conditional use application referred to in paragraph one (1) above.

3. For approval that the preliminary and final plat of High
Country Subdivision be processed at the same time.
