Broadway Meridian, Id. 83642 Re: Idaho Dairy Products Commission / VJ Joint Venture / 743 N.Touchmark Ave. T~Par Rtaff Please find attached a design review application for the -above referenced project. This building is located at the corner of E. Pine Avenue and N.Touchmark Avenue, just West of the existing Schumacher Granite & Tile building. In the Porky Park Subdivision No.2_ We are proposing to construct an office Warehouse building for the Ydaho Dairy Commission in an IL zone_ The building will be 18'-0" above finish grade. The project will be standard stick frame construction with an E.i.F:S. finish system over-with several reveals and raised accents at the tap of the walls. The lower 3'-0" will have a stone veneer accent and we have -added 4' 17"raised wail -accents on all sides. The window areas will be bronze tinted Mass with dark bronze aluminum frames. We have included canvas awnings over all of the window areas. The overhead doors will be painted to match the main body color so that they will blend in. The building has been located on the site so that the parking -areas are -away iiom East Eine -avenue. We have provided public -access from the building to the sidewalk along N. Touchmark Ave. using scored concrete. We are using a joint access that aligns with the one across N. Touchmark Ave. at the existing Schumacher Granite and Tile building. The site will be landscaped and the traffic areas for the project will be paved as -shown on the drawings. The landscaping selected will provide year round variety and the plant material will survive well in this climate. The landscap~g will match the other buildings in the area. The lighting for this project will be furnished with wall mounted down lights on the building. We hope that this project will meet with your approval. Please call if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your time and consideration on this project.
