Hon, William CUP MERIDIAN CITY CGUNCIL FEBRUARY 18, 144c PRGE IG K;nosford: So you are say;ng that RCHD would make those improvements. Collins: R;ght more than likely. Tolsma: There was also a comment in there from Gary Sm;th adout the stub road to the west property boundary will t;e ;nto the Stonehouse Church property. Coil;ns: Yes we've eliminated that. The one to the west going out of the southwest corner has been eliminated. The westerly exit to the south off the master parcel has been moved approximately 500 feet to the east to better fit some adjoining parcels to the south for future potential development as well as the entry road on the east off of Cherry Lane which is caned Be±h Street on the preliminary plat. I'm working on a realignment of that at Gary's request to better facilitate keeping the ten inch water lane system near the corner. I have seen Gary's comments and have no tr^oubie with any of those conditions. Kingsford: Anyone else to testify'? No response. I will close the public hearing. Giesler: Mr. Mayor it is stated here that after 100 lots there wall be an additional access onto Cherry Lane, is that correct"' Collins: Yes. Also, the client did want me to request that we be :nvoived with the (in-audible) irrigation system rather tnan building a separate system within the subdivision. They require it to be a forty one foot wide street measured back to Dock of the curbs with a five foot sidewalk on the south side. The sewer and water will be extended as required.
