BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIItD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL'S
APPROVAL OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT'S FEE DECREASE AND NEW
FEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on July 28, 2009, the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on the
adoption of changes regarding the following proposed fee decrease and proposed new fee
for the Planning Department as follows:

WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said Planning Department Fee Schedule; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, H)AHO:
Section 1. That the Planning Department proposed changes for fee decrease and
proposed new fee is hereby adopted as follows:

Section 2. That the Director of the Planning Department is hereby authorized to
