facility will be re-evaluated after a period of twelve (l.2) months of actual seavice /legal occupancy
to determine if adjustments aze warranted. T}.re City shall refund any overpayment of assessments
resulting from the re-evaluation, or tl~e Applicant shall be xespox~.sxble for paymerxt of any sbonage
resulting from the re-evaluation.
