This Agreement made and entered into this 27th day of February, 1998, by and between the
CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, hereafter referred to as CITY,
and PLUMBER'S / PIPEFITTER'S LOCAL UNION #296, hereafter referred to as APPLICANT,
their heirs, successors, assigns and personal representative.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, The following assessments are calculated by the Ciry based upon information
supplied to the Ciry by the Applicant and/or historical information on record for a similar facility
and/or establishgd in the City's Ordinances for the proposed type of facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The above recitals are contractual and binding on the parties
2. Both parties to this agreement acknowledge that the above assessments were determined
from the ~nformationreferenced'm the first recital, and not actual metered flows, and that the
assessments for the proposed facility will be re-evaluated after a period of twelve (12) months
of full service, final occupancy, to determine if adjustments are warranted. The City shall
refund any overpayment of assessments resulting from the re-evaluation, or the Applicant
shall be responsibje £Qr, and shall pay within SID) days fhe shortage of payment resulfmg from
the re-evaluation.
