WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, The following assessments are calculated by the City based upon information supplied to the City by the Applicant and/or historical information on record for a similar facility and/or those established in the City's Ordinances for the proposed type of facility. Persons making the requests must provide the following information: 1) owner/contractor, 2) project location, 3) date and time when the inspection is needed, 4) type of inspection, 5) permit number. The inspection request line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, inspections will be performed Monday - F`riday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Other Permits are Required for the installation of any electrical wiring, plumbing piping and mechanical installations related to gas fired equipment. Permit Revocation/Expiration. The Building Official reserves the right to revoke any permit issued in error or on the basis of incorrect information. Permits expire in 180 days if work is never commenced, or is discontinued for a period exceeding 180 days or 6 months.
