This Agreement made and entered into this 26th day of May, 1995, by and between the
CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, hereafter referred to as
CITY, and MERIDIAN FORD, hereafter referred to as APPLICANT.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, The following assessments are calculated by the City based upon information
supplied to the City by the Applicant and/or historical information on record for a similar facility
and/or those established in the City's Ordinances for the proposed type of facility.
Sewer Equivalent Besidential units (ERU) 9 (NINE)
Sewer Assessment per (ERU) $ 1,370.00
Sewer Assessment Total $12,330.00
Sewer Latecomers Fee per (ERU) $ 433.00
Latecomers Fee Total $ 3,897.00
Water Equivalent $esidential units (ERU) 10 (TEN)
Water Assessment per (ERU) $ 500.00
Water Assessment Total $ 5,000.E
Water Latecomers Fee per (ERU) $ 217.00
Water Latecomers Fee Total $ 2,170.00
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
That bot-. parties of this agreement acknowledge that these assess~;ersts were determined
from the above information, and not actual metered flows, and that the assessments for the
proposed facility will be re-evaluated after a period of eighteen (18) months of actual service to
determine if adjustments are warranted. The City shall refund any overpayment of assessments
resulting from the re-evaluation, or the Applicant shall be responsible for payment of any shortage
resulting from the re-evaluation.
