The City shall refund any overpayment of assessments resulting from the re-evaluation, or the Applicant shall be responsible for payment of any shortage resulting from the re-evaluation. The purpose of this affidavit is to request the Ada County Recorder to make notation on said Assessment Agreement changing the Legal Description.
