AFFIDAVIT TO CORRECT EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
Section 32, T4N, RIE, B.M.,
Ada County, Idaho
Grantor: Meridian Joint School District No. 2
Grantee: City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho
I, David R. Kinzer certify that I am a Professional Land Surveyor Registered in
the State of Idaho, under whose supervision the description used in that certain Water
Main Easement executed July 21, 1999 by the Grantor and Grantee stated above; and
WHEREAS, said Water Main Easement was recorded on July 29, 1999 at the Ada
County Records under Instrument No. 99075530; and
WHEREAS, the description in said Water Main Easement contained Scrivener's
errors which it is the purpose of this affidavit to reform and correct; and
WHEREAS, Idaho Code, Section 55-816 permits the recording of affidavits
affecting the description of real property as part of the record title of said real property;
NOW THEREFORE, in the Easement Description Exhibit A attached to the
Water Main Easement in said recorded instrument, the seventh paragraph of the
description of said recorded instrument is hereby corrected to read as follows with the
bold text correcting the text of the description in said recorded instrument:
"Said easement 10 feet on each side of the following line;
N90000'00"E, 120.50 feet."
NOW THEREFORE, in the Easement Description Exhibit B attached to the
Water Main Easement in the said recorded instrument, the bearing and distance callout
"N90000'00"E 102.50"' of said recorded instrument is herby corrected to read as follows
with the bold text correcting the text of said callout in said recorded instrument:
"N90000'00"E 120.50"'

PERMANENT WATER LINE EASEMENT
Being a permanent easement along the following described line, "with all the sidelines being prolonged or
shortened to conform with the Grantor's property lines", Lying in Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW comer of the SW Quarter, of said Section 32;
Thence along the westerly line of said SW Quarter N00000' 11 "W, a distance of 1701.93 to a point on said
line; Thence leaving said westerly line N89°50'05"E, a distance of 48.00 feet to a point on the easterly
right-of-way line of Locust Grove Road, thence continuing N89°50'05"E a distance of 299.97 feet to a
