THIS 1NUENTt1RE, made this mayday of August Y 999 between R_ 7'. Nahas Company of .Idaho,
the party of the first part, aad hereinafter called the Grantor, and the City cif Meridian, Ada County,

and property hereinafter particularly bounded and described; and
WHEREAS, the water main is to be provided for through and underground pipelir»• to be

the Grantee;

the Grantee the right-of way far an easemern for the operation and maintenance of a wetter
main over and across the following described progeny.

The easement hereby granted is ftrr the purpose of cotutttiction and operation of a water line
aqd their allied facilities, together with their maintcaancc, repair, a~uci rrplau;ement at the
conveaience of the Grantee, with the lice right of accessc to such facilities at any and all
limas.

that the Grantee, in making future repairs, wi}l cxpodiently replace and restore the premises
to a condition comparable to that axisteut prior to undertaking such rcp~aits and replacement.

A water easement located in a portion of Lot 13, Central Valley Park No.6 situated in a
portion of the SW1/4 of Section 18, T.3N, R.lE., Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 14, Central Valley Corporate Park No.6,
thence along the West boundary line of said Lot 14 and along the East boundary line of
said Lot 13, N00°05'55"W a distance of 28.22 feet to a point, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N83°59'01"W a distance of 29.65 feet to a point;
Thence N06°00'59"E a distance of 33.85 feet to a point;
