I've been out of town and just glanced at the agenda for the 16~^. 1 didn't see anything for the item requested
below. I thought Councilman Rountree approved the proposed sequence - but I can't find that email so I may be
mistaken. Is there any room on Tuesday's agenda for the discussion of projects for next year?

Mayor De Weerd and Councilman Rountree,
Staff is currently drafting next year's CDBG Action Plan. In order to (1) address the necessary federal
requirements and (2) meet HUD's timeline for submittal of an adopted plan, I'd like to request the following
June 16: Presentation seeking direction on priority projects/activities;
. June 23: Release draft Plan and Open public hearing and comment period;
. July 28: Close public hearing and discuss/direct staff on final revisions;
. August 4: Adopt PY2009 CDBG Action Plan
