Book 63 of Plats, pages 6402 through 6406, official records of Ada County, Idaho.
These relinquishments shall become effective upon recording of these documents.

Attached you will find the original recorded copies of the individual easement vacations for each utility. I
don't know why we have these originals??? I have made myself a copy for my file, as well as you a
copy for the City file (attached). Gary tdd me that I should send these originals to you so that you can
distribute them to each of the affected utilities. You will find the contact persons name for each utility on
each of the forms.
