Grant of Easement with Brighton Corporation for Ashford Greens Owners Association• r ~ ~ ~ T GRANT OF EASMENT The undersigned Grantor(s) for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ( 10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto the Ashford Greens Owners Association and any down stream users who possesses water rights in the Langley irrigation ditch, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees", whose address is (Ashford Greens Owners Association) 12426 W. Explorer Drive, Suite 220, Boise, ID 83713 and (Langley) 3185 N. Grantor reserves the right to occupy, use, landscape and develop easement for all purposes not inconsistent with the rights herein granted. Grantor hereby covenants that no building, structure or obstruction will be constructed, erected, built or permitted on said easement area.
