BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER TO THE MERIDIAN TRAFFIC
SAFETY COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a citizen seat on the Meridian Traffic Safety Commission is vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Paul
Stark to be in the best interest of the Meridian Traffic Safety Commission and of the City of
Meridian;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-3-2(B)(1), Paul Stark is hereby
appointed to the Meridian Traffic Safety Commission, for a term to expire on June 9, 2013.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on the 9a' day of June,
2009.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 9~' day of June,
2009.
