BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COIUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN ADOPTING THE WATER MASTER PLAN, T'HE GROWTH PRIORITY
AREA AND THE SEWER MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Meridian wish to identify growth priority
areas within the Sewer Master Area and the Water Master Plannin€; Area.
WHEREAS, to identify those growth priority areas the City of Meridian has adopted the
Water Master Plan, Growth Priority Area and the Sewer Master P1~In of the City of Meridian, as
attached in Exhibits A, B and C.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Water Master Plan, Growth Priority Area and the Sewer Master Plan
of the City of Meridian, as attached in Exhibits A, B and C, be adopted.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
