Commencing at the lot corner, a point-on-curve on the North right-of-way line
of W. Sheryl St., common to Lot 10 and 11, Block 1, Haven Cove No. 1, as
recorded in the Office of the Ada County, Idaho, Recorder at pages 6178 and
6179 of Book 62 of Plats, thence along said curve to the right, of radius
ninety feet, through a central angle of 09° 33'39" for a distance of 15.02
feet to a point-on-curve which is the POII~TP-QF~BF7GGII~Il~TING;
thence N. 02°21'00" W. 39.62 feet to a point,
thence N. 82°40'00" E. 18.32 feet to a point,
thence S. 01°10'19" W. 20.22 feet to a point,
thence N. 82°40'00" E. 3.00 feet to a point,
thence S. 02°21'00" E. 25.08 feet to a point marking the beginning of
