Grant of Easement with Beldeco, Inc. for Meridian Manor No. 7GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BEDELCO. INC. ,GRANTOR, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and transfers unto CITY OF MERIDIAN, Idaho, a municipal corporation, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, an easement and right-of-way for the purpose of locating, establishing, constructing, maintaining, repairing and operating an underground sewer main together with the right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches for the location of said sewer line, the right to remove bushes, trees, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of said sewer line and the right of ingress and egress in, from, to and over said easement for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining and repairing such sewer line. In consideration of granting this easement and right-of-way, the GRANTOR has the right to connect to said sewer line when development of GRANTOR'S property occurs. The perpetual easement and right-of-way hereby given, conveyed and transferred for maintaining, repairing and operating underground sewer lines and mains is described in general language as follows: A 20 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 114 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE EAST 1/4 CORNER OF SECTION 1, T.3 N., R.1 W., B.M., THENCE $ 89° 48' 47" W 1472.43 FEET TO TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MERIDIAN MANOR NO. 7 SUBDIVISION; THENCE S 00° 11' 13" E 115.85 FEET TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS EASEMENT; THENCE S 89° 21' 44" W 237.16 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE N 45° 11' 13" W 46.45 FEET TO A .POINT; THENCE N 00° 11' 13" W 84.87 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAI D SECTION 1; THENCE S 89° 48' 47" W 20.00 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1 TO A POINT; THENCE S 00° 1 i' 13" E 93.15 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE S 45° 11' 13" E 63.11 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE N 89° 21' 44" E 245.38 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF MERIDIAN MANOR NO. 7; THENCE N 00° 11' 13" W 20.00 FEET TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS EASEMENT.
