This indenture, made and entered into this ~ day of ,
1971, by and between PAUL A. STUZMAN and D'ARLENE Y. STUZMAN, hus-
band and wife, of Meridian, Idaho, as grantors and the PUBLIC and
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, Ada County, Idaho, a municipal corporation,
as grantees, W I T N E S S E T H:-
WHEREAS, the said grantors are the owners in fee simple of
a parcel of land lying and being within the crsporate limits of
said City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, particularly described
as follows:
A tract of land in the SW% NE4 Section 7, T. 3N., R. lE., B.M.,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of East State Street and
on the easterly boundary of the Cottage Home Addition to Meridian,
according to the official plat thereof on file in the Ada County
Recorder's office in Boise, Idaho, which point bears N. 89°39'40"
E., 340.00 feet from a brass cap marking the intersection of East
5th Street and East State Street and also bears North, 336.00 feet
from a brass cap marking the center of section 7, T. 3N., R. 1 E.,
B.M.; thence North along the easterly boundary line of said Cottage
Home Addition, 30.00 feet to a steel pin; thence N. 89°39'40" E.,
on a line parallel to the centerline of East State Street projected,
157.81 feet to a steel pin on the westerly bank of Five Mile
Creek; thence S. 38°07'?~0" E. along said bank, 75.92 feet to a
steel pin; thence 5. 89 39'40" W. on a line parallel to the center-
line of East State Street projected, 204.68 feet to a steel pin
on the easterly boundary of said Cottage Home Addition; thence
North along said boundary, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract of land contains 0.2496 acres or 10,875 square feet
more or less, subject to easements of record or in use.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
lawful money cf'the United 5t~es and other good and valuable con-
sideration in ,hand paid, the receipt for which is hereby acknow-
ledged, the undersigned, PAULA A. STUZMAN and D'ARLENE Y. 5TUZMAN,
do hereby give and grant to the PUBLIC and the CITY OF MERIDIAN,
its successors, and asigns forever.
The grantee shall at all times have full and free access to

agreed by the undersigned grantors to be in full settlement of
all damages which. in any way or manner may be sustained, except
as herein specifically stated.
