, the GRANTOR(S), do (does) hereby let, grant
City of Meridain
and convey to the x�Xxl�[ac��, the GRANTEE, an easement for
right-of-way purposes, to construct and maintain a 18" storm sewer
over and under the following described real property, to -wit:
Commenceing at the North East corner of Block #6 Nest
View Subdivision, Meridain, Idaho, Section 12, T3N, R1W, BM
Ada County, traveling southerly 31$.30 feet to the Point of
Beginning, then Westerly 64 feet, then southerly 10 feet, then
easterly 64 feet, then northerly 10 feet to the Point of
Beginning, the said parcel containing 0.015 acres more or less.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the right hereby granted is subject to
the fol(lowing conditions, to -wit:
1. That after said construction the premises shall be restored by the
District as nearly as practicable to the former condition.

right of ingress and egress necessary for maintaining same, but not otherwise.
