BY THE CITY COUNCIL: B1IZD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER TO SEAT 5 OF THE MERIDIAN
ART5 COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Seat 5 of the Meridian Arts Commission is vacant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Rob
Walker to Seat 5 to be in the best interest of the Meridian Arts Commission and of the City of
Meridian;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCH. OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-5-3(B)(1), Rob Walker is hereby
appointed to Seat 5 of the Meridian Arts Commission, for a term to expire on March 26, 2010.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on the 26~' day of May,
2009.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 26~' day of May,
2009.
