THIS IDSli1'iJRB, made and entered into this 12th day of
February, 1951, at the City of Keridian, Ada County, Idaho, by and
between Palter S. Bridge sad Treasie A. Bridge, husband and wife,
of Nferidian, Ada County, Idaho, as grantors, and the City of
)[eridian, Ada County, Idaho, a aunlcipal corporation of the State
of Idaho, ae grantee, WITNSSSETH:-

a parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Ada,
State of Idaho, and more particularly described as follows, to-xit:-
Tax No. 6 described in the County Records of Ada County,Idaho,
as follows, to-wit:- Beginning at a point 20 rods East of a point
marking the Northwest corner of the SE~ of Section 12, 'Twp. 3 N.,R.

WIJEREA3, the grantee herein desirsa to construct a pipe
line for drainage purposes upon and across the above described
lands For its future usaf/municipal drainage purposes for the use
and benefit of the inhabitants of the said City of Meridian, and
the grantors are willing that such pipe line may be so constructed
upon and across their said above described lands:
NOW, 'PRE1tEFORE, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR

ble considerations to them itt hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the undersigned grantors herein, do hereby give
and grant to the said City of of Meridian, grantee herein, its
successors and assigns forever, the right to lay, construct,
maintain, operate, use, repair and remove a certain drainage file
eight (8) inch pipe line for conveying drainage water through, over
and across the above described real estate for the purposes aforesaid.
The excavation for acid drainage pipe line shall be dug to a
depth of at least feet beneath the surface of the ground., the

may be made at sold point. All damages to crops, fences and the

pipe line and the aforesald connection of the same xith the aforesaid
drainage pipe line now situate oa the aforesaid lands of the grantors,
shall be so constructed aa• to prevent any laaka therefrom.

necessary purposes Connected xith the use, occupation, operation,
repair and enjoyment of the same by the grantee ,and shall have
full and free access at all times through its agents, servants and
employees, to and across the 4bove described lands of the grantors
for any necessary purposes connected with this easement, but xithout
damage to the lands of the grantors.
This easement and the consideratlona paid and agreed to be
paid hereunder by the grantee era agreed by the grantors to be in
full settlement of all damages xhich in any xay or manner may be
sustained by reason of the installation, construction, repair, use,
occupancy and enjoyment of•the said drainage pipe line thru and
across the above described lands of the said grantors, except as
