of aceese. to such facilities at eny and all times.

therefor to a cundition comparable with that existing prior to
r_xerc_isinn this easement; that, in making repairs, the Grantee
will expeci9ently replace and restore the premises to a condition
com~ara'„le to that existent prior to undertaking such repairs

place or allow to be placed any Germanent structures on the area
described for this easement which would interfere with the use of
