It has been requested that ITD provide comment on the proposed redevelopment of the old Coors Warehouse
at Eagle Road and Commercial Court. ITD has no concern with the proposed Silverdraft Studios at 3225 E.
Commercial Ct, and no improvements will be required by ITD.
