ACHD Acceptance: All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACHD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Certificate of Occupancy: All required improvements must be complete prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. All changes in occupancy need to comply with the requirements of the Building Department. It is unlawful to use or occupy any building or structure until the Building Official has issued a certificate of occupancy.
