Fairview Avenue Meridian, Idaho Fairview Lakes LLC is requesting a Certificate of Zoning Compliance for the retail building constructed at 950 E. Fairview Avenue. The retail center was constructed in the fall of 2007 and completed in January of 2008. The CZC that was approved and submitted with the construction documents for the building permit for the subject property were substantially different from the building that was constructed. Planning and Zoning required the applicant to submit a modification to the conditional use to match the constructed building and revised site plan. City Council approved MCU OS-002 for the constructed retail center at the January 13, 2009 hearing, with the following conditions. The existing landscape buffer along Cazol Street was amended to include two additional Ash trees. The two service stair ways were L-to receive planters at the street entries of Kelsey Dogwoods and Floribunda roses. The east, north and west building elevations were to be repainted with a three feet high dark green wainscot and an accent band of rustic red. The top of the parapet was to be fmished~ with a metal flashing of weathered copper. The existing three yard dumpster was approved as a temporary trash enclosure site. A new location was to be determined by Planning and Zoning, Sanitary Services and the applicant. The new location is required to be installed prior to occupancy of the subject property. taoa.o g 8a E~K ~ ~~~~~~~ ~ i i R YYYYY4YYY Eiiiiiiii i ppooeo0o P C 8 ~ ' ii'999p^ i ~~$~~~~~~~~~~ g ~ ~ i B~ ~~i ~ i p~~~~ RRRtRRRR i N W ~i ' ~ a ~ !A~ s S a A ~ ~ omE ~ ry y / __ ~ i a~ $ 4 j R 8 ~' iii CT E j f~ ~£ 4 ~~E~. ~% ~.a..aa.a0 ~~~ g.a.:...a ssp i 9eIP C ~ ~ ~ ~ i ~ R ~ ® FAfiVEW LAMB BFIOPPMO -'t~'°'~~~ ~~ Bb0 E FARVEW, fr6mIAW. I told him that would be ok as long as he used the same plants material suggested in my report and, had a landscape border and bark installed. As the plan I have isn't to scale, please be aware the enclosure must be set back a minimum of 10-feet from the property line (ROW) along Carol Street.
