CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE* Date: March 10 2009 , i 1 VED Project Name/Number: Martial WE — CZC-09-017 MAR 11 2009 CITY OFCWERQ Owner: Colliers Paragon CITY CLERKS OFFICE Site Address: 2100 S. Landscape Plan: The Landscape Plan prepared by BRS, dated January 11, 2000, labeled Sheet LD1, is approved (stamped "Approved" on 03/10/2009 by the Meridian Planning Department) with no additional changes. The site does not conform to current landscape requirements of the UDC which require a minimum 5 -foot wide planter island every twelfth parking stall. However, since the applicant is proposing a change of use with only interior modifications, UDC -11 -3B -2D requires no additional landscaping on the site.
