(please see landscape plans attached) The City would like to request that we match the sidewalks on both sides of the garage, are you willing? You are not required to do so, but the City is requesting. Thanks, Pamela M. The project consists of a two-story, 54,180 square -foot garage (upper level — 30,807 square feet; lower level — 23,373) to hold 149 parking stalls for the benefit of two adjacent medical office buildings. This CZC application does not propose landscaping, as this structure flanks subdivision lot lines. Applications for CZCs will be submitted for the adjacent medical office buildings which will cover landscaping around the subject structure. Please see the attachment to this letter which describes the building's composite materials. (please see landscape plans attached) The City would like to request that we match the sidewalks on both sides of the garage, are you willing? You are not required to do so, but the City is requesting. Thanks, Pamela M.
