It has been determined that the Right-of-Way and Development Services Department does not have any site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that all street improvements exist. This site is within Messina Meadows Subdivision. If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACRD will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time.
