Enclosed please find our application and request for a Temporary Certificate of Zoning
Compliance to operate a temporary sales office at 955 Ustick Road. This is an existing
home that is included as Lot 2 Block 4 in our approved Crossfield project.
The sales office is expected to operate Sunday — Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm,
December Is', 2006 until no later than December 1 st 2007. The sales office will be used to
sell homes to the public until a model home can be built with a sales office in the garage.
Parking will be provided on site, and a dust free material will be applied to all parking
areas. We intend to access the sales office from N Blairmore Way. Power, water and
sanitation services are already present at the home. Weekly trash removal will be
provided by Sanitary Services Co. (SSC). Please see attached approval letter from SSC.

In response to your request for comment, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) staff
has reviewed the submitted application and site plan for the item referenced above. It has
been determined that the Right -of -Way and Development Services Department does not
have any site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that all street
improvements exist.
If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACHD will review the site plan and may
require improvements to the transportation system at that time.
Prior to final approval you will need to submit plans to the ACHD Development
Review Department.
A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACHD and will be due prior to the issuance
of a building permit. Contact ACHD Planning & Development Services at 387-6170
for information regarding impact fees.
Prior to the construction or installation of any roadway improvements (curb, gutter,
sidewalk, pavement widening, driveways, culverts, etc), a permit or license agreement
must be obtained from ACHD.
