TEMPORARY USE
This narrative is in application of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance for
Temporary Use, to allow the setting and use of a temporary office trailer on City property
for the sole purpose as a$upport facility during the demolition of the existing Dairyinan's
Creamery Association buildings and construction of the new —80,000 SF City Hall
building and plaza.
The job office trailer is located on the current lot 21 on the South side of East
Broadway in Meridian, in the Southwest comer of the lot over 5 to 6 existing pgking
places, as shown on the enclosed site plan. This placement will allow full view of the
project site, and with the current construction concept plans, would not have to be moved
during the entire project, saving the City job administration funds.
The pr oJect will be completed in phases but will occur over the next 24, to 30
months; This application is for the first twelve months with annual renewal upon
application until project completion. The time period will officially begin on Oeteber 30
