BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MERIDIAN CITY CLERK'S OFFICE FEE
SCHEDULE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 10, 2009, the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on the
adoption of the proposed Meridian City Clerk's Office Fee Schedule as set forth herein; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
proposed Meridian City Clerk's Office Fee Schedule;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Meridian City Clerk's Office Fee Schedule is hereby adopted, as
follows:
