Handicap-Accessibility: The structure, site improvements and parking areas must be in compliance with all federal handicap-accessibility requirements. ACRD Acceptance: All impact fees, if any, shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACRD requirements, a -new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Certificate of Occupancy: All required improvements must be complete prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. It has been determined that the Right-of-Way and Development Services Department does not have any site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that site does not have frontage on an ACHD Roadway. Applicant should seek comment from the Idaho Transportation Department. If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACHD will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time. Prior to final approval you will need to submit plans to the ACHD Development Review Department. A traffic impact fee may be assessed by ACHD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit.
