We are writing a letter against the placement of the fence. We have several concerns regarding this issue. The first issue is that if the fence is placed it will drastically decrease the curb appeal of our property, therefore decreasing our property value. The second issue is that it dramatically decreases the view not only from our house, but it also decreases visibility around the corner. We have several small children that ride their bikes on ow street and if visibility is decreased, not only from our side of the street but also from the corner, our children are put at greater risTc ofbemg hit by scar. - We believe that the regulations for the fences were put in place not only for the overall look of the neighborhood but also for safety reasons. We would be willing to let them place a half fence, meaning three feet tall. This will help keep the visibility to the corner for our children and oncoming traffic, and still allow us to see out of the front of our house.
