Becky, per our conversation earlier, here are the plans showing the proposed
screen wall and the changes to the front elevation. This plan was already
approved once. The screen wall is 4'-6" tall and will match the finish material of
the home, in this case siding with a trim cap. Please let me know if the board
approves it so I can get my fence permit from the city. Thanks.

• Compliance with the Architectural Design Standards and Construction Guidelines for
I~eritage Commons and the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictiazts
and Easements.
• Review and approval of landscape plan. Landscaping shall be completed within 30
days of occupancy or substantial completion of construction unless otherwise extended
by the ACC due to weather delays
• Review and approval of exterior colors.
• Review and approval of fence plaq if any fence is proposed. Unless otherwise
approved in writing, all fencing shall match the ~Ieritage Commons ACC standards for
construction aad finish.
• Installation of exterior front lighting by one of the following methods:
1. A front yard light pole with a 60-watt bulb shall be installed within l Q feet of the
front property line. The light shall have a photosensitive switch that automatically
activates the Light in the evenings, The light pole will be installed in a masonry or
stucco base consistent with the exterior material selection for the Name.
2. A minimum of two wall-mounted lights or three soflt-mounted can lights with a
60-watt bulb shall be installed at tlxe front of each home in a location that will
provide light to the from yard and ,adjoining street. The lights shall have glare
reducing glass and photosensitive switches that automatically activate the lights in
the evenings.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FENCE WAIVER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of
Meridian and the laws of the State of Idaho, that Roth Homes has filed with the
Zoning Administrator of the City of Meridian an application for a Waiver from the
Fence Ordinance regarding his/her property located at 1322 Loyalty Street
Meridian, Idaho. The Applicant proposes a four foot six inch screen wall
surrounding the patio constructed to match siding on home. Furthermore, the
applicant requests a six foot setback of the screen wall from property line on
North Quenzer Street.
Comments, either for or against, said application must be filed with the
Zoning Administrator within fifteen (15) days after the initial publication of this
notice and shall be addressed to Planning & Zoning Department, Go Sonya
Allen, City of Meridian, 660 E. Watertower Ln., Suite #202, Meridian, Idaho. If
there are pertinent and compelling objections filed within the time allowed, the
Zoning Administrator may schedule a hearing on the application.
The property at 1322 Loyalty Street is more particularly described as Lot
5, Block 7 of Heritage Commons Subdivision No. 1, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
