The location for this pump station (already installed and operational) was chosen with input from the HOA president, the utility companies, and the engineer. The fence has been built in advance of variance approval for safety reasons and with the full knowledge of the City's engineer. It is a six-foot cedar fence, 14' square, with a double service gate facing S. Pelican Way. The restrictive covenants for the Landing Subdivision prohibit chain link fencing, thus the need for solid/cedar fencing. The proposed fence (material and location) meet the restrictive covenants of the subdivision. 1.
