After due consideration, the Committee decided to allow construction of some of the proposed fence within the side-street setback area along N. Caribou Way. 1. The face of the fence shall be set 20 feet from back of sidewalk on Caribou Way as the fence comes from your home. The fence shall parallel the west side of your house until it intersects at a point on a line parallel to and ten (10) feet from the back of sidewalk along Caribou Way. The fence shall continue northeasterly in this alignment until it intersects your northerly boundary. 2. The area between the fence and sidewalk shall be landscaped and maintained by you. 3. The board side of the fence shall face N. Caribou Way. 4. The City of Meridian has no jurisdiction in the enforcement of the provisions of your subdivisions Protective Covenants.
