Nalder for a variance from the Meridian Fence Ordinance at the property legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 8 Glenfield Manor #2 Subdivision and known by the address 2057 Monaco Way. It would be a wise thing to have the utilities boxes in- side the Nalder yard. As on many occassions ~ have seen neighborhood children trying to open the boxes. We are in complete agreement with Nalder's on having a six foot fence on their corner. It would bring a uniformity to the corners. We lend our complete support to their project and hope you do also.
