Re: Fence along Cathy Lane
Dear Ms.. Lynn;
I have reviewed yoLrr request to construct a six (6> foot high
wood fence along the west side of Cathy Lane (pvt.), fronting
Lots 6 and 7 - Block 1 of Catherine Park`'Subdivision.
Your request -can be approved with ,,your understanding that,
according to our records, a 30`foot wide public right of way
exists along the north boundary of 'this subdivision and if, in
the future, a roadway from the-west was Connected to this piece
you would need to remove at Yeast the northerly,'30 feet of this
fence with some additional length,-'to' accommodate a "sight
triangle" at tt~e intersection.,'
A photocopy o`f a portion of the Catherine Park plat is attached
for your information.' I have high-lighted the property line
length I understand .you want to fence and. the platted public
right of way for E. Washington Ave.
Prior to your beginning construction of the fence, please obtain
a fence building perm„it at City Fell and if you have any
questions don't hesitate to ca a.
Sincerely,
Gary D. Smith, P. E.
City Engineer
